- Automatically collected: basic device and usage information. On our website we use cookies and analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) to understand traffic and improve our service.
- Loan applications: when you tap "Apply / Get Pre-Approved," you are directed to our secure third-party application portal (Blink) to start a mortgage application. Information you enter there is handled under that provider's and the lender's privacy practices. Our app does not collect your Social Security number or financial account details.
- Calculators & flyers: figures you enter into our calculators, and the listing details, photo, and contact info you enter into the co-marketing flyer tool, are processed on your device to produce a result or flyer and are not transmitted to or stored by us.

- Connect you with appropriate loan programs and lenders
- Send transaction-related and, where permitted, marketing communications
