Andrea Leeder, Esq. is a bilingual, multi-licensed South Florida professional who brings an unusually complete perspective to the mortgage process. As a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (NMLS #1752676) — and, at the same time, an attorney, a licensed real estate broker, an insurance agent, and an online notary — she understands your home loan the way few originators can: the contract, the financing, the risk, and the paperwork that carries you to the closing table.

Her path is anything but ordinary. Andrea earned her Juris Doctor from Barry University School of Law in 2023 and was admitted to The Florida Bar in 2025, building on an MBA from the University of New Orleans and a bachelor’s degree from Loyola University New Orleans. That legal and financial foundation means she doesn’t just quote you a rate — she can explain what every number, term, and disclosure actually means for you.

Beyond her professional work, Andrea is an accomplished cellist who has performed on stages from the Kennedy Center to Amsterdam’s Concertgebouw, serves as Executive Director of The Maecenas Society of the Arts, and is a devoted wife and mother of two sets of twins in Southwest Ranches.
